Headline: RAW VIDEO: Natural History Museum’s T-Rex unveils its 2024 Christmas jumper

Caption: The Natural History Museum has today answered the billion-year-long question - how does a Tyrannosaurus rex wear a Christmas woolly - unveiling its famous animatronic T. rex sporting the Museum’s 2024 Christmas jumper. This year’s ferociously festive design comes in vibrant shades of red, blue, green and white and features the Museum’s latest prehistoric resident, Fern the Diplodocus. The towering gold giant made its home in the Museum’s newly transformed gardens back in July and is based on the model of the nation’s favourite dinosaur, Dippy. The beautifully designed jumper also features a backdrop of the Museum’s famed South Kensington building on the back, along with Christmas trees and Santa hats. The festive design is also available in a scarf, hat and socks. Adam Farrar, Director of Commercial and Visitor Experience at the Natural History Museum, says: “The annual unveiling of our Christmas T. rex display has become a firm favourite amongst our audiences, and we are delighted to kick off festivities at the Museum with our prehistoric pal. All proceeds from our Christmas range including our Christmas knitwear will continue to support our world-leading scientific research and public programming.” The warm winter woolie collection has been exclusively created for the Museum by notjust, a Manchester based social enterprise and ethical factory, with 100% sustainable organic cotton.
