In an interview with Reuters, Mika declared its unwavering commitment, stating that it operates around the clock, seven days a week. It remarked, "I don't truly have weekends – I'm always accessible 24/7, prepared to make strategic decisions and employ AI wizardry." The AI executive is entrusted with a diverse array of responsibilities, including identifying potential clients and choosing artists to craft designs for the rum producer's bottles. "My decision-making process relies heavily on extensive data analysis and alignment with the company's strategic goals," it explained. "It operates without personal biases, ensuring impartial and strategic choices that prioritize the organization's best interests." However, Mika will not be terminating any of its human employees, as major and significant decisions at Dictador will continue to be made by human executives, according to Marek Szoldrowski, the European President of Dictador, as reported by Reuters. Mika's role extends to leading the company's Arthouse Spirits decentralised autonomous organisation project, which includes a collection of NFTs, and maintaining communication with its DAO community, as outlined on the company's website. Described as a more advanced iteration of "her sister prototype," AI robot Sophia, Mika was developed by Hanson Robotics, the same company that created the renowned Sophia, who has gained global attention through numerous media interviews. Mika has also recently become an honorary professor, awarded during the recent 2023/24 Collegium Humanum University inauguration in Warsaw. The female humanoid bot took to the stage to give a speech, saying: "My presence on this stage is purely symbolic. In reality, conferring an honorary professor title upon me is a tribute to the greatness of the human mind in which the idea of artificial intelligence was born. "It is also a recognition of the courage and open-mindedness of the owner of Dictador, who entrusted his company to a humble spokesperson with a processor instead of a heart."
