Crystal, then 22, claims she met the rapper at an event, and he invited her to his music studio with some friends. She recalled how the group were drinking and smoking joints. When she smoked some of the joint, she alleged it felt "very powerful", leading her to believe it was laced with a narcotic. She claims that Diddy demanded she follow him into the bathroom where he allegedly forced himself on her and kissed her before putting his crotch in her face and demanding that she "suck it”. After she refused, she claims he pushed her head down and forced her to perform oral sex. In the filing, she shares how she lost consciousness, before waking up in a taxi. After the alleged incident, Crystal claims she was blacklisted from the modelling industry. She went on to suffer from depression and contemplated suicide in 2004.
