The pair settled the lawsuit on 23 July, according to court documents submitted to a Los Angeles court on Tuesday. West was later seen celebrating the end of the legal skirmish at a night club in Ibiza, TMZ reports. According to the filing, obtained by Page Six, the settlement is "unconditional" and a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days of that date. Pisciotta sued the disgraced rapper for sexual harassment and wrongful termination in June 2024.
