Headline: UNCAPTIONED: Warrant issued for Katie Price's arrest after she fails to attend bankruptcy hearing

Caption: Warrant issued for Katie Price's arrest after she fails to attend bankruptcy hearing. An arrest warrant for Katie Price was issued on Tuesday after she failed to attend a court hearing over her bankruptcies. Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton insisted the former glamour model had been given "very clear warnings" that she needed to attend the hearing in London on Tuesday. Issuing the warrant, Burton said Katie, 46, provided no explanation for her failed court appearance. ”It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price's arrest. She has no real excuse in failing to attend today's hearing. The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.” The reality TV star was declared bankrupt in November 2019 over unpaid debts and again in March over an unpaid tax bill of more than £760,000. It is believed Katie flew to Turkey on Monday for another cosmetic procedure. Her friend Lou Anderson revealed she was travelling to the country and the star commented on the post, "Yes girl Turkey here we go.” In May, Katie claimed on The Katie Price Show podcast that she skipped her recent bankruptcy hearing because she was "mentally not strong enough" to appear in court. ”I've been signed off for any sort of activity for court. I'm mentally not strong enough at the moment to stand in court, be cross-examined in front of the media, in front of the public, for then the media to ridicule me even more than they already do.” She also claimed in an interview with Channel 5 News last week that "everything's sorted" with her bankruptcy.
