The combination of cold temperatures and central heating can often leave us feeling dehydrated and tired, so it's important to prioritise drinking water throughout the day. The nutritionist recommends avoiding black tea and coffee as they can be dehydrating and adds that you can boost your water with a squeeze of lemon or an electrolyte supplement such as Wassen Hydrate + Replenish. Eat healthy fats. Eating foods with healthy fats can help boost your energy and improve your mood. ”Healthy fats can be found in foods such as avocados, nuts, seeds and olive oil.
