Caption: Riley Keough Attempts to Save Graceland From Being Sold. Keough, the granddaughter of Elvis Presley, has filed a legal complaint against Naussany Investments & Private Lending, 'The Guardian' reports. The complaint alleges that the private investment firm is attempting a "non-judicial" sale of Graceland. In Sept. 2023, the firm filed a lawsuit against the estate of Keough's mother, Lisa Marie Presley. Lisa Marie, who died in January of that year, allegedly owed the firm $3.8 million and used Graceland as collateral. However, Keough says that Naussany's claims are “fraudulent". "Lisa Marie Presley never borrowed money from Naussany Investments and never gave a deed of trust to Naussany Investments.", Riley Keough, via complaint. Keough goes on to say that the documents "purporting to evidence such a loan … are forgeries”. A public notice was posted on May 19 indicating that Graceland will be auctioned in Memphis on May 23. Keough's complaint prompted a judge to file a temporary restraining order. A hearing will take place on May 22. THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
