With a system of ropes and carabiners, the SAF (Alpine Fluvial Speleum) unit of the Milan Fire Brigade rescued an American tourist on July 20th, victim of an illness on the terraces of the Duomo: she was placed on a stretcher and carried to the ground by 70 meters high, the woman was then entrusted to the care of medical personnel.
