Caption: Bugatti’s latest hypercar, the Tourbillon, made a spectacular debut in Doha after its unveiling in Europe. Over the course of a week, the Qatari capital was captivated by the Tourbillon. In the picturesque Al Hikman Courtyard at Katara Cultural Village, Bugatti hosted an exclusive viewing for select guests and media. Bugatti's latest creation represents the pinnacle of automotive performance - packing an incredible 1,800 bhp. Kostas Psarris, Bugatti’s Regional Director for the Middle East and Asia, remarked: "Qatar holds a special place in Bugatti’s journey, embodying a unique mix of history and endless creativity – much like our own inspiration in Molsheim. The Bugatti Tourbillon marks an unparalleled era for our brand, and sharing it with Doha allows us to connect with a country that deeply appreciates French luxury and cutting-edge innovation." During its stay in Qatar, the Tourbillon visited several iconic locations, including the Mina District at Doha Port. Inspired by Bugatti’s legendary models – the Type 57SC Atlantic, Type 35, and Type 41 Royale – the Tourbillon celebrates 115 years of automotive excellence. Its design pays homage to Bugatti’s iconic features, including the horseshoe grille and the distinctive Bugatti Line. Each stop on its tour, from Al Maha Island to the dramatic Zekreet Desert, further highlighted the Tourbillon’s fusion of sophistication and speed, aligning with Bugatti’s philosophy, "Form Follows Performance." The Tourbillon’s tour of Doha concluded with a stunning appearance at Mosque Twenty Seven, where its sleek lines mirrored the mosque's intricate design. As Bugatti continues its journey through Asia, production of the hand-crafted Tourbillon is set to begin in 2026, with just 250 examples being produced at the historic Atelier in Molsheim, France. This marks the start of a new chapter in Bugatti’s legacy, following the last of the W16-powered hyper sports cars, the Bolide and W16 Mistral.
