Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Washington this week to try to get more support from the U.S., but lawmakers remain divided on further funding. Although Russia struggled during the first year of the conflict, the country's position is improving as its army and military budget continue to increase, 'The Hill' reports. "Almost along the entire line of contact, our armed forces, let's put it modestly, are improving their position."
