Your body temperature falls before you drift off to sleep.” According to the expert, you should avoid having the bath "too hot" as this will just make you sweat. Eliminate drafts, It is important to ensure that you are aware of any drafts in your home. ”Be sure to check all windows and doors are properly closed and that no air is getting through any cracks around their structures," Dr Daisy states.
