Caption: Justin Bieber supports Chris Brown after he's released on bail. The pop star welcomed the rapper back to the U.S. after he was granted bail and released from a U.K. jail where he had been held for allegedly attacking a music producer at a London nightclub. On Thursday, Brown shared a photo of himself leaving a private jet and captioning it, "Cook, remain humble.” Among the commenters was Bieber, who simply wrote, "Welcome home.” Brown was arrested in Manchester on 15 May for allegedly assaulting music producer Abe Diaw with a nightclub in London in February 2023. After six days in jail, the U.S. singer was granted bail on Wednesday on the condition that he pay a $5.4 million security fee immediately, with an additional $1.3 million due within seven days. Brown and Bieber have collaborated on several occasions, including on the 2011 track Next to You and the 2019 song Don't Check on Me. Bieber has previously expressed his support for the controversial singer. In 2019, he praised Brown in an Instagram post, describing him as a combination of Tupac Shakur and Michael Jackson. ”Everyone wants to wait til people die To give them the credit they deserve," he wrote in the caption at the time. ”I'm calling it now when CB (Brown) passes away after a long full life, you will miss what you had in front of you the whole time ... trust me watch you will see. The people who have over looked this mans talent ... you need to reevaluate! Love you @chrisbrownofficial (sic).” Instructions: THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
