AT&T outages have been most prominent in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Louisville, Miami and San Antonio, Downdetector.com reports. In a statement, AT&T said:, "We are working urgently to restore service to them. We encourage the use of wi-fi calling until service is restored.". Both Verizon and T-Mobile denied experiencing an outage, saying their users likely had problems when trying to contact someone who uses another carrier.
